Cristian Velez

Born in Plano and raised in McKinney, Cristian Velez has lived and worked across the 75070, 75074, and 75204 zip codes, giving him direct familiarity with the neighborhoods and submarkets he serves.

Cristian graduated from Texas Tech University with a finance degree in 2022 and completed a Texas Tech real estate certification course. He spent two years working in real estate investment before earning his Texas Realtor license in 2025, which means he evaluated deals before he ever represented a buyer or seller at the closing table.

Through Whitecap Estates, Cristian has been directly involved in over 100 off-market real estate transactions. Across investment acquisitions and residential representation combined, he has worked on approximately 200 real estate transactions total.
